At Adobe Basics, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in original condition. We aim to make your technology upgrades risk-free and straightforward.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the electronic item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Device

  Pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
